There are 2 different kinds. One is a solid vinyl sheet, which that looks like it is. It's not groutable. The other is peel and stick tiles, which are groutable.

Instead, go with SimpleMat or Bondera adhesive backing and select your own tile. Install, then grout. Adhesive tile installation won’t match the strength of mortar, but it does make the process of changing backsplash much easier.
