As a US based sender, in my experience, it takes over a month to reach the recipient the Philippines. The final delivery partner will likely be Philpost and they’re really slow as well. (They also use Ninja Van) More on reddit.com

I mailed an international package to New Zealand on June 27th, buying a shipping label via Etsy and therefore I assume their partner Asendia. I haven't seen any updates since August 11th so I've been trying to contact their customer support but they wont contact me back or answer the phone number provided. Do you guys have any tips on how to possibly contact their support or get more info on this? This was the last straw and now I'm getting labels directly from USPS instead and just saw an order get delivered to Germany in 5 days for the same price, so forget Etsy's shipping partner that can take 3 months on average.
