I ordered a rare iten on ebay on the 4th of July. (Us to Netherlands) Everything seemed to be going well, there were some delays at the international hub, but after that, updates were consistent, until wednesday. That's when I recieved my last update "Departed Asendia facility". Since then, I haven't recieved any updates . I'm starting to worry the item might be lost, given that my previous orders all recieved consisted updates, within 1-2 days, but they could also simply be slow with updates. There's still time, the expected delivery date is the 6th of August. I haven't really had much expierence with Asendia. My previous orders were all handled by Pitney Bowes and arrived within a few days, with consistent updates every 1-2 days. There was one thing I ordered as a guest that took two months to get delivered. I'm wondering, does anyone here have expierence with Asendia? If so, how long did it take before the package was delivered?
Does Asendia still deliver their packages to canada post for canada delivery or have they changed to a another company
A package I’m sending internationally to Mexico has been stuck at “Dispatched by US Carrier” since July 5th. It’s being shipped through Asendia and the last location was in Bell, California. I’m worried the package is either lost or just stuck. I tried calling Asendia in Bell, but they never answered 5 total calls on different days. Who should I contact about this issue? I’m really concerned since it’s been almost 3 weeks.
An item I recently bought was shipped through this carrier (Asendia). However, in more than 10 years buying stuff online, I had never heard of them before.
In addition, a quick online search revealed a lot of unsatisfied customers (lots of delays and lost packages).
Have you guys hired shipping from this company before? Can you share your experience?

I have a package currently being delivered from the US by Asendia and I was wondering if the strike that's going to happen tomorrow (Fri) for Canada Post would affect my package?
I hear that Asendia uses Canada Post while delivering in Canada apparently.
I'm a seller based in the US and I shipped a package to a customer from Czech Republic at the end of March. The last update that I got was on April 9th, where it says the package "departed Asendia facility. And that's it.
The customer has been messaging me about the package every week, but there really isn't anything I can do. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times with no response. There is not even a tracking code that I can use to find out where the package is. I looked up their usual time for delivery to Czech Republic from the US, and it said 6-21 days, and it's been more than two weeks past that. Of course I understand there are delays due to COVID, but I wish they at least gave us an update about where the package is.
I decided to give the customer a partial refund, but I still really hope it makes it safely because I put my heart and soul into making my products😭 I really wish there was something else I can do at this points, but I guess we can only wait this out.
TL;DR: I learned my lesson and will never use Asendia for international shipping again
