Disclaimer: this is our first furniture purchase and I see that we needed to be more cautious and read all the things and ask all the questions. Lesson learned.
So we bought a couch 8/11/24 from Ashley. 5-7 weeks to deliver is what we were told. We did a “no interest if paid in full within 12 months” thing. Seemed simple enough, but today I got a credit card in the mail from Ashley/TD Bank. Our sales rep never mentioned anything about a credit card to us. Just said payment starts once all furniture is delivered. I did look at our papers and there’s one I signed saying I agree the purchase is subject to terms, promotional offer, and Cardholder agreement. That’s my fault for not reading all the fine print. HOWEVER, I still don’t know what this credit card is for..? Sales rep won’t answer our calls. Does this card have our furniture balance on it and we pay toward the card? Do we use another card to pay on this card?
Can anyone offer more insight? We can make the payments but I’m just not sure what this credit card has to do with it

Can I pay my bill online?
Can I use my Ashley Advantage card to pay for online purchases?
I'm so stupid and this is totally on me but I just now checked into my online account info for a furniture purchase I financed and noticed the due date was yesterday. I have made the payment and set up auto pay but I'm super freaked out and worried that they will cancel the equal payment no interest now because I missed the payment. Does anyone have experience with this? I am sick to my stomach now so much that I can't sleep.
Furniture was delivered 11/12 and I guess they sent me a statement 11/15 that I didn't get because I moved and the mail wasn't forwarded.
