I just want to warn anyone buying from this store they they will not tell you everything about your warranty until it is to late.like i said same problem 2 times on the same piece of furniture .I would think that alone would tell them there is a problem in the frame. So now i`m stuck with a broken love seat unless i want to pay an outrageous amount of labor .I will never buy at this store again and i`m warning you i would look around before buying here.I thought Ashley furniture had good furniture but i was mistaking BUYER BEWARE

I called the store and they said we handle all service requests thru US Quality Furniture. We called and made an appt with them to come see our furntiure. We could not get an appt. until May 1st. The man came out to the house and said," it really does go down far doesn't it." Once we left, we heard nothing from Ashley furniture.
