When I first booted the computer windows was on the install screen and it said "your computer needs to be repaired" I did not get a chance to record the code.
After that it would not boot at all. I tried booting with the graphic card removed, but found out that doesn't work unless your processor has on board video built in.
I also tried booting with a bios usb, still nothing.
It gives error code 15, the manual calls this "dr. debug" under 15 it says: PEI_CAR_NB_INIT
also gives 5c but the manual says nothing about this
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
I've tried re seating the GFX card and processor and hitting the reset switches. I have also replaced the motherboard, I just got the new one today, does the same thing. It also gives the same error code with the video card removed.

Flashback the latest BIOS which as of yesterday is 1.11. Code 15 is memory training, NOT an error and may take a bit (only about 10 seconds on my X670E Taichi and 32GB of RAM). If you're not familiar with the Flashback feature, its required (mostly) for 1.11 and documentation can be found here: https://www.asrock.com/support/QA/FlashbackSOP.pdf Ensure you use the correct USB port on the board and its a simple process assuming you can follow directions. Latest BIOS'es. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X670E%20Taichi/index.asp#BIOS Reseat RAM (assuming its in the correct two slots).

Oh wow your having worst problems then me , I have similar spec pc . Rysen 9 7900x , msi 6900xt , ddr5 , same mobo , corsair 1000 psu . And I also been having boot issue but not as severe, mine get stuck at the asrock logo screen then I have to hard power down . On reboot it loads windows just fine , but it happens on first reboot every day .
