Yes they have them, its just their website is messy...click this link then follow instructions below: https://www.asrock.com/mb/index.asp Scroll down to where it says +Chipset in the left pane, and click the select box for Z690, then in right pane select your mobo. In the window that opens, scroll down a bit to where it says, "Overview Specification Support Where to Buy".. Click on support, then click on bios.... bios at top of list that appears is for intel 13k support More on reddit.com

February 5, 2023Z690M-ITX/AX can't flashback
I ran into this same issue. I don't know if you are in the se boat as me though. I had formatted the drive in Linux and moved the file to the drive. Only when I did the whole process from a windows machine did it work. More on reddit.com

Not working for me as of the last Windows update. I just uninstalled the most recent updates in the Windows Update settings menu and its working properly again

I've been corresponding with razer support. Followed they're troubleshooting... no joy. They're asking for logs now So maybe in the near future an update to synpase will fix it.
