November 13, 2014 - well code 99 is pci-e device so can you go back on the on chip gpu by removing the vid card ??? cause after you cleared the bios it should display the bios just like when it did when it was new [ I got the z87 extreme 6 ] so with the pci-e devices removed and the monitor on the onboard graphics it should at least display the bios Somehow without a the video card plugged in it still manages to display error code 99.
