I did a build with the Asus ROG B550-I and it worked great. Keep in mind, that if you are using 5600X CPU, you will not have any graphics by default, which may or may not be a problem since you generally need a GPU at least to boot into BIOS a couple times. I am not sure if you can actually get such mobos to run without any graphics at all, never tried. You can add a cheap basic $10 used old single slot GPU from eBay, however, on mITX that is gonna eat up your single PCIe slot. So, you may strongly consider just grabbing a cheap used AMD AM4 APU instead. Or, consider a different system config, depending on how invested you are in to AM4. For that build I got a AMD Ryzen ​3 Pro 4350​G from eBay to solve this problem but would have just been easier to use Intel with iGPU in the first place. Of course, Intel consumer chips dont have ECC :) if you really really want to stick with the 5600X then I would consider bumping up to mATX or ATX instead so you can at least get an extra PCIe slot or two in there, one for a cheap GPU and a spare for any expansion you decide on later.
