March 6, 2024 - According to the manual page 50 diagram 1-36 qcodes FB-FF are reserved for future AMI error codes so there is no clear definition of what it means. Code 55 is for the memory. My first board, which initially would boot, started halting on qcode 60.

March 6, 2024 - My overclock was good until I update the Bios to 1701. last night I start my pc and had the same B1 code and my computer did nothing . Did not even came in Bios no screen at all. Pull the plug out of the power supply and restart was ok came back to 3600 Mhz stock .

July 25, 2020 - "Error codes were just cycling through, 0d, A2, 02, 55,FB" Only one of those Q-Codes is an error code (55), the others are either reserved for future use or they simply indicate a particular stage in the boot process so it's normal to see these, they can be ignored.

March 6, 2024 - Oh I run the HyperX Memory in XMP profile 2 with 2666MHz, profile 1 (3000MHz) seems not stable with the 5820. A few weeks ago I had an issue with the boot process stuck after POST with just the ROG logo but not booting Windows 10. The R5E shows the Q-Code F6 / Fb, after a few tries and sometimes Windows 10 Startup repair it worked again for about 2-3 days.

March 6, 2024 - That code is BF not 6F which i normally get when my vcore is to low or System agent voltage, I have seen this code go away after upping the system agent voltage even know the BD code also points to these voltages BF can also popup.

March 6, 2024 - Funny, I have the same memory and get this same code occasionally. It only happens when I leave the computer asleep for several days. Eventually I go to turn it on and find it shut off. When it boots it hangs on "bf" code. Trying to reset it doesn't work. But evenutaly realized if I just kill the power switch and turn it back on it boots just fine.
