Hello everyone! Hope everyone is in good health!
I recently built this computer on Monday and today I noticed that while the Pc is running good, this code “39”stays on.
This is my first MOBO with this feature so I’m not sure if this is a non-issue. Looked all over the internet and can’t even find out what code “39”even means.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
My son's Asus FX505DT gaming laptop is exhibiting random shutdown issues while gaming, and today I decided to do some error searching. A scan from My Asus results in a driver error. Further investigation shows that there seems to be problems with the "AMDRyzenMaster Device" driver. The laptop has AMD processors.
I have installed the latest Windows 11 updates, and also downloaded drivers from AMDs web site (for the 3550H Ryzen chip), and installed. However, the error persists (it also shows up as an exclamation mark in the driver overview for the "AMDRyzenMaster Device" driver).
Updating the driver seems to have no effect, the problem persists. Don't know if I can uninstall the Ryzen driver, what would the consequences be if I succeed?
I am a bit of PC novice (Mac user), at least when it comes to deep diving a registrys etc., so any (detailed) help would be fantastic. :)
