Hi Brett. I think you may have solved your problem, but have you checked to make sure your TV source is set to HDMI? If it is set manually to, say VGA, your graphics output from the HDMI port on your computer will go to the tv and the tv will display nothing. If that does not work, try re-seating your graphics card. Sometimes re-seating the GPU may resolve minor display issues. Worst case scenario, it is also possible that the HDMI cable or HDMI connector on your computer graphics card might be damaged. · Also, just so you know, desktop motherboard bios batteries (Cr2032 button cell batteries) usually last close to 10 years before they need to be replaced. If you ever have this problem in the future, don't bother buying a new cmos battery unless you are restoring a historic computer :D. Answer from Anthony Kouttron on ifixit.com

PC suddenly won't POST. No BEEPs. Fans spin.
Are there any motherboard LEDs or numerical displays? If so, report what they are doing. Decorative rgb is irrelevant, your motherboard manual should tell you what various LEDs do. Try a bare minimum setup. Pull all but one ram module, disconnect all usb devices other than mouse and keyboard. Pull out any PCIe cards other than the GPU. See what happens. Cycle through all the ram modules if the first doesn't boot. If this gets it working, add parts back till it breaks again. Also, try an alternate outlet and see what happens directly plugged into the wall. If you have a voltmeter, you can check that the PSU is at least outputting the right voltages. You'll have to jump a couple wires(don't remember which) to get it to output anything. Sometimes without a load you can get weird results but this should be able to pick up major problems, like if you get completely dead lines you know it's broken. Oh, and make sure everything is throughly clean. Compressed air should do it. A small bit of dust or debris could be shorting something. Probably unlikely but you should regularly clean it anyways, might as well now while you've got it opened up. More on reddit.com

October 3, 2020 - Unless your MB is equipped with a MB speaker then you would not hear any beeps. Eliminate the possibility of RAM being the issue by installing just one DIMM in slot A2 furthest from the CPU socket. Try switching modules around into the same socket. Ensure your RAM module is seated correctly especially the offside to the clip. Power up the system and observe the LEDs. report their behavior. Also, If RAM kits do not appear on the Motherboard QVL then they have not been tested.

Perform a bench/minimal-boot outside the case: only motherboard + CPU + cooler + one known-good RAM stick (use the slot the manual recommends) + PSU + speaker (+GPU if no integrated video). Swap in a known-good PSU or RAM if available. Inspect the board for physical damage (burn marks, bulging caps) and the slow heatsink fan noted by @peter999; a dying fan can be a symptom but not always the root cause. ... Beeps or POST codes narrow the faulty component (consult the board manual for code meanings).
