As far as I can tell it does not and I will need an adapter. I was just hoping to get confirmation from someone with more experience.

pcpartpicker scroll to the specifications. if it has wifi it should have bluetooth.

Hi all,

Just got our builds finished today and after realizing that this motherboard doesn't come with blue tooth function I purchased the PCE-AX58BT adapter in an attempt to regain blue tooth function. I installed the physical side of things and all of the drives associated with the adapter to the best of my knowledge.

Spoke with both Asus support and Microcenter but no one had any idea why this shouldn't just be plug-n-play.

Pretty bummed out that I can't get this working, does anyone have any ideas?

For anyone who might have this issue in the future, I ended up switching my USB heads on my motherboard and was able to get it working. Still no idea why this change allowed Bluetooth to install correctly but happy it worked!

June 11, 2020 - This is why the bluetooth was not working on usb11. All I did was move those wires to the top row pins and now everything is working perfectly fine. I am wondering why asus made the connector usb11 working with only one port but still kept all the four useless pins at the bottom making it look like it has 2 ports!

I lost bluetooth connectivity this week, wifi works fine. The timeline for losing bluetooth coincides with trying to pair a xbox elite series 2 controller. I have restored access to actually seeing bluetooth devices available for pairing but am unable to actually pair and hit a timeout. I have mitigated my pain by buying a new mouse with a BT dongle so now have keyboard/mouse use again, but not via the motherboard's BT. I believe it is not a hardware problem. I am still unable to connect any other devices via BT to the motherboard's BT or other usb BT dongles. Currently investigating two points of interest:

Bluetooth Hands-free Audio device is throwing this error This device cannot start. (Code 10) - {Access Denied} - A process has requested access to an object, but has not been granted those access rights.
A service named "BluetoothUserService_3b51b" is set to Manual startup type and the ole reddit says to change it to automatic. I am unable to do this and receive a "The parameter is incorrect" error.

Things I have tried:

Uninstalling/removing all BT drivers via device manager, unplugging pc/power supply and restarting. Resulting in fresh drivers being installed
Uninstalling all drivers and adding a couple different bluetooth dongle. New drivers installed, still unable to pair anything to pc

PC info:

OS - Windows 11 pro
TUF Gaming motherboard - X570-pro (wifi)
AMD ryzen 5 5600X
RTX 3060
Intel(R) Wifi 6 ZX200

Antenna connected? Edit: the Prime X570 Pro website says nothing about Bluetooth.

June 4, 2020 - So - you have not tried installing Bluetooth driver. Right? ... Downloaded and (tried to) install ASUS bt driver. After extracting the archive, I ran AsusSetup.exe as admin. The terminal window flashed momentarily, then closed. Nothing else happened. I rebooted the system, but still no bt to the phone (or anything else) ... Update: I can now say with 100% certainty that the BT problem is with Windows, and not my ASUS hardware.
