B450 may need a bios update to support a 3600.
If the board was manufactured after like October 2019 it should have 3000 series bios support installed from factory.
There is no 100 percent garuntee that a b450 board supports a 3600 without a bios update-unless it is an MSI B450 MAX, which was the B450 refresh with latest bios installed from factory.
