Asus ROG Strix X570-E Motherboard & 5900x CPU - Bios Compatibility Question
Asus boards will still boot into BIOS. As long as you have the latest BIOS files on a USB, you boot into BIOS, select the flash suite, select USB and it will update. Super easy.

Hi all - I grouped this motherboard and CPU on pcpartpicker and a warning came up saying that the motherboard BIOS may not be compatible with this CPU and that I may need to use an older CPU to update the BIOS before using the 5900x. Is this something that I would need to worry about? If I buy this motherboard new, should it have a BIOS that is compatible with this CPU?
Thanks!

You can use the bios flashback button and usb port to easily update the bios. You just put the correct bios file on a USB drive, insert it into the indicated port, press the bios update button and wait 5 to 10 minutes until the flashing light turns off. Then you will be good to use your 5900x.
