Downloaded the newest BIOS update v5044 via the Asus website.
Formatted the thumb drive to FAT32.
Extracted the CAP file to a temp folder.
Changed the file name per the instructions.
Loaded the file onto a 4GB thumb drive.
Reboot.
Press DEL.
Navigate to tools submenu at the top of the page, click on EZ flash update utility, click to locate the CAP file to update the BIOS. However, there is no CAP file located on the thumb drive even though I can see the file within file explorer.

Recommended are B550 and X570, which are 100% compatible with the new Rzyen 5000 CPUs via a BIOS update (to AGESA v1.1.0.0), which should be available at launch. You can usually find the download links on the manufacturer's website by looking up the exact description of your motherboard. For the update you need a USB stick with FAT16 / FAT32 formatting and 1 GB storage capacity on which you have to load the CAP file. You can find more details here: https://www.asus.com/us....

Komischerweise hat er jetzt weshalb auch immer? Ins Bios gebootet, wo er mal so ne Stunde off war.Und nachdem ich paar Sachen eingestellt hab, bootet er wieder nicht also halt kein Signal.Jetzt leuchtet die led halt in orange auf dem Board für (Dram) laut Handbuch vorher halt in weiß für VGA.

Nicht so schön. Wichtig ist immer, wo am frühesten Probleme auftauchen. Jetzt hat der PC bereits beim RAM gestoppt. Zu dem Zeitpunkt ist die Grafikkarte ja noch nicht aktiv. Das würde die Grafikkarte als Ursache ausschliessen und eher auf den RAM hin deuten. Wenn der RAM nicht ganz stabil läuft, bekommt die Grafikkarte auch fehlerhaften Programmtext und läuft auch nicht mehr richtig.
Falls der RAM nicht stabil läuft kann natürlich auch CPU (RAM-Controller) und Mainboard schuld sein. Klar woran es liegt ist es somit immer noch nicht. Ich würde den RAM mal mit einem Benchmark wie Karhu testen. dann würde ich würde auch mal nur einen Riegel mit dem Standardtakt testen. Dann sieht man, ob es damit stabiler ist.
