January 29, 2021 - Fehlercode 00 besagt: Not Used. Also nicht sehr aussagekräftig. Update mehrfach durchgelaufen, auch mit verschiedenen BIOS-Versionen die für Ryzen 5000 passen sollten. Eingangs habe ich das Update ohne eingebaute CPU gemacht. Sollte ich das Ganze erneut OHNE CPU durchführen?

October 30, 2021 - Asus Mitarbeiter meinte wenn alles Ordnungsgemäß Funktioniert dann darf keine FehlerQCode zahlen im PC Betrieb auftreten. Jetzt grade wandeln die anzeige auf dem Board von 53 runter bis 40 und wieder hoch. Bios update ist immer aktuell in meinem Fall bei 4021. Also alles was mir bekannt ist habe ich versucht auch alle usb teile wie maus tastatur und dac entfernt nur Graka, Lan und Netzteil dran gelassen wieder Fehlercodes.

Hi team,
I ordered pieces from left and right on a new build.
Ryzen 7 5800X on Asus ROG Strix X570-E is the main course.
I know I have to patch bios for series 5000 support.I did multiples times from usb stick, no screen - board supports it.
Then when booting, I get no post, no fan - always the 00 code on board - unused code as per the book.
I removed everything -= ram , m.2, gpu, reset cmos, ... I removed cpu and looked cpu and socket looks clean, nothing broken or bent.I changed psu, changed board (same model) = got same result.I dont have access to another board or cpu to test.
Setup is now naked at bare minimum- naked cpu stays cold- power 28 pins + 3x4 pins for cpu- power button to case.
Yes i tried with heatsink and paste on cpu and gpu. Always same results.
I'm wondering what is more to test or any recommendation to see something else than 00.

I went to a local pc store. We did the tests.. - My Box with their CPU - not working - My cpu, ram, gpu on their board+psu = working - my box except their psu = working. So i got 2 bad psu in row. One coolmaster, one thermaltake....

April 21, 2021 - Der Fehler besagt ja, dass irgendwelche Architekturprotokolle nicht geladen werden können. Ich vermute, dass das generell von Programmen verursacht werden kann, die Biosdaten auslesen können.

As title says, I have a new 5800X in my Strix x570-F. It boots fine but the Q-Code says FF. No QLED are lit when the system is running.
The only issue I see is that NZXT CAM software can't read CPU temperatures. Other utilities can read temps.
Is this a bug with the new CPU architecture or an actual issue?
Edit: It appears this is still an ongoing false alarm. I've update bios to the latest beta 2816 (nov-24-2020) and its still reading FF.

FF Code fixed on my system. Upgraded from 3900X to 5900X and got the FF code. X570 Hero VIII BIOS 3102. Read some people had issues with AURA Sync so I uninstalled it using windows Apps & Features in settings menu. Rebooted .. FF Code gone. AA code is back! Then downloaded the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool V1.1.2.0 and ran it. Rebooted system again. Still good AA code. Downloaded ArmouryCrateInstaller_3.0.9.0, ran it and rebooted. Still have the good AA code and my iCue profiles are working with Armoury Crate. Hope this helps someone.

Aura sync gives FF. Uninstall it and it should work but the motherboards LED's are dead.
