Was just checking if I should give 4204 a go. Doesn't sound very promising. Seems like it does not include the fTPM fix either. Would recommend waiting for a future BIOS release that comes with AGESA 1207 or newer unless you're experiencing critical issues atm. Edit: no fTPM fix :( More on reddit.com

I fixed the issue on my end. So first, reset your BIOS to default values. Then enable DOCP mode to run your memory at rated speeds. Then go to the option named 'performance enhancer' and select default. Next, go into PBO settings and disable 'PBO Fmx Enhancer'. Enable PBO, leave Scaler on Auto but put 200Mhz on 'max CPU boost clock override'. Save and exit. Run Cinebench again and your scores should now be normal. I have spent the last three days figuring out what settings was causing the issue and these two I mentioned seem to be it. My Cinebench r23 scores Multi: 29242 Single: 1643 Both slightly higher than the scores listed for 5950x on R23. So to recap, the problematic settings are 'Performance Enhancer' and 'PBO Fmx Enhancer' The first should be set to default, because BIOS defaults this setting to Auto, which is problematic and then the second option should be disabled. Your other BIOS settings are down to you, but I threw in the settings I was using so you could try them out. I changed nothing else. The settings I mentioned above are exactly what I am running.
