Question about ROG Strix Z790-F/E RAM compatibility
Videos
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to make a new PC build on top of i9-14900kf and Asus ROG Strix z790-f wifi II motherboard. I would like to use corsair RGB RAM 2x16GB 7200Mhz. Unfortunately asus not listed ANY ram 2x16GB with speed above 6400MHz to be compatible with this motherboard while using intel core 14th gen cpu.

BUT!
The Asus ROG Strix z790-f wifi (ver. I, not II !) accepts for example this RAM (id: CMH32GX5M2X7200C34) when using it with intel core 14th gen cpu:

My question is:
Why the older version of the same motherboard supports this ram with intel 14th gen, but the newer one does not? And why the newer one does not support ANY ram above 6400MHz with intel 14th gen in configuration 2x16GB? Would be ok to get this ram even if it aren't listed on the compatibility list?
tbh i don't know what to do, I really want to buy this motherboard, but i don't want to get ram 6400MHz for i9-14900kf. Even those 6400MHz rams have bad timings i think.
Hello to everyone out there.
I need a new motherboard for my Intel 14900K after my current MSI board is giving me headaches (BSOD's) and I'm thinking of getting the ROG Strix Z790-F or -E Gaming Wifi as a replacement.
However, I've now seen that only 2 of my 4 currently used Corsair RAM modules are supposed to be compatible. I'm using the Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz modules with 32 GB each (CMH64GX5M2B6000C40), so 128 GB in total (no need to discuss the point, it is what it is). Can someone confirm this, or perhaps someone has already successfully tested this configuration?
