I echo what everyone says about Asus Support. I contacted them on Dec 29, 2024 after I tried to get Widgets working on my new Asus laptop, to no avail. We exchanged a few emails -- they asked questions, I had to send screenshots and videos, and then ... silence., The last email i got from Asus Support was Jan 10. I've since sent to follow up emails asking for updates. Lousy support esp compared to HP and Apple!
