"I requested information on repairing a leather seat in my car in early December. Matt responded quickly with a figure and asked that I come in for him to evaluate the tear. He explained that they don't repair the small rip but asked if he could cut a sample to order the materials. Matt requested a week to gather the information as he was taking a long weekend. After calling several times to follow up, Matt has yet to return my calls, leaving me with a hole in my seat rather than a small rip. That said, I am unable to rate the business on quality of work, as they have yet to follow up after 7 weeks."
