This folder is used to store certificate pair keys for the system and its users. I wouldn't touch the files there as you could delete certificates used by Internet Explorer or other services, which would make them unusable after.

Ok so this is how they operate. The free version will say you have loads of issues that you need a premium version to fix. As soon as you get the premium version, those issues magically disappear without you having to scan or deal with them. Almost like those issues never existed. Then it will say you have loads more issues but you ha e to buy an extension, like AVG tune up. But again these issues are mostly non existent. They tell you you have issues only a paid subscription will fix but when you get the paid subscription, these issues are not there for you to deal with. This is before you scan again and just restart your computer. If these issues existed it would show when you scanned again and you could click "fix now" without the buy premium screen came up. The paid version is a con.
