Can aws recruiters comment on this please? I recently passed the loop interviews and today the recruiter called me due to hiring pause, they cannot extend an offer but likely to have more openings in January and they will try to push my case. Is that the rejection? Or is there anyone who went through the same process? I am just afraid when January comes then all positions are filled aldry

Unless you got a rejection email - no. That being said there are freezes because of RTO. No sense in hiring until they know what they need. It’s also end of Q4 this time is always hard because holidays.
