Hi All,
We're currently negotiating an EDP with AWS and they're saying the Marketplace spend towards the EDP commit is 25% (dollar for dollar, up to 25%) and that's a non negotiable term. It used to be 50% of your Marketplace spend, up to 50% of your commit.
In the new model, if you have a $2M commit, you can only count $500k of Marketplace towards it. In the old model, you can commit $1M of Marketplace spend with each contract counted at 50%.
Has anyone been able to negotiate this old 50% Marketplace model in their EDP since this 25% limit came into effect?
