Negotiated rates/PPAs for AWS services? What have you seen?

AWS Enterprise Discount Plan Negotiation

General advice: purchases from AWS Marketplace count towards committed spend. Look at your current software/SaaS inventory and see what, if anything, you can buy via AWS Marketplace - even via Private Offer for better terms from the supplier - and calculate that into your annual spend.

As a rule - underestimate your spend. You don't want to find yourself looking for reasons to spend, and AWS reduces prices on services as they go in many cases, which can also cause you to "chase your spend number" with new services you don't really need. I'd personally be comfortable basing an EDP on 80% of my projected spend.
