May 20, 2025I failed my AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate exam. I went through Stephane Maarek course on Udemy once but couldn't revise. Hence couldn't identify the correct option for multiple choice quesitons. How to improve?
The udemy classes simply don't cover everything on the test. I've done a+, network+, vcp, aws cloud practitioner, aws solutions architect and aws security specialty. The pattern is always the same. You watch some 40-50 hour long course. You then find out that a large chunk of questions is just nit picked nuances that the videos never covered. Without looking at practice tests you have no way of knowing what will be on there. The videos are usually just broad overviews while the test goes over very specific details. And because there are millions of things for them to choose from its almost impossible to know what to study without doing practice exams. More on reddit.com

Hey everyone,
I’m currently preparing to transition into an AWS Solutions Architect role and I’m looking for the best online course to help me build the right skills and knowledge—not just to clear the certification, but also to perform well in real-world projects and interviews.
There are so many options out there (Udemy, A Cloud Guru, Edureka, Coursera, etc.) and it’s a bit overwhelming. I want something that’s: • Up-to-date with the latest AWS features and services • Project-focused with real hands-on labs • Helpful for interview preparation and job readiness • Possibly includes architectural design scenarios and case studies
