Anyone else having trouble logging in, renewing plates, etc. on the "new" AZ MVD website?
I attempted to log in at least 6 times on an existing account, received numerous "codes" to enter via text message, etc. It took me around and around in circles.
Fouled up "Beyond all Recognition" is how I would describe its current state.
And yes, I was using the correct password, etc. Doing this on a brand new Imac, desktop computer running Chrome, FWIW.
Anyone else tried going there to renew plates, etc?
I was wholly unable to see my list of vehicles and their current registration status.

It seems like they switched vendors and it made everything worse. Basic tasks used to be so simple, now you need an account and to verify yourself like 4 times to get anything done

The website does not work. Make an appointment online. They know but are doing nothing to fix it.

I get past the ID scan only to get stuck on the very next step when the facial scan doesn’t work. I’m not sure if there is a lack of support for the development team at Idemia or if the team needs an overhaul, but after almost 2 months, the app is still unusable.
