My bridesmaids ordered through Azazie, including try-at-home and custom sizing. I also looked at Azazie for a backup dress, before we postponed the first time. I think it's good quality for the price, similar to David's Bridal, but with better customer service. A sample dress is the one that they ship out to people to try on. If you purchase a dress from them (even without custom sizing) it will be brand new. If you order the sample dress, it will be much cheaper since it may have some wear and tear from people trying it on. More on reddit.com

I’ve ordered from them once before for a bridesmaid dress. I found that the measurements of the dress are exactly as stated in their size guide. The quality of the chiffon dress I ordered was good. The style had boning and pockets and seemed to be good value for money. I would recommend taking advantage of their option to measure yourself (wearing your shoes) and choose the length of the dress based on your ‘hollow to floor’ measurement - it will save you tons in hem alteration costs if they make it the right length from the outset. For anyone worried, my girls didn't worry about the showroom ID at all (I never even set it up because it seemed like a pain in the ass), and all of their dresses are perfect matches. We also ordered our dresses on Cyber Monday and they are all here already!! I'm pretty shocked actually. I had everyone aim for Thanksgiving because I figured it would take 6 weeks to get the dresses, plus a possible delay for the holidays and Cyber Monday order volume, and then they'd still have enough time to come up with a plan B if needed. I almost feel bad for pushing everyone to order; I guess there was no way to know. I'd also add to the Pros list that many of the dresses have POCKETS More on reddit.com

I tried on 3 dresses with their try-on program and ended up purchasing the Honey gown afterwards. I noticed the same slight flaws in the gowns (mainly that the fabric of the zipper was much wider than in the photos and showed with the see-through back), but I like your mom’s hypothesis! And honestly, I was surprised by how nice the gowns felt.

You’re right though, the process is so easy and I actually reached out to their team to share my concern about the zipper and they said it would not be an issue for my gown. I ended up not ordering their custom sizing because they allow free returns within 10 days for non-custom gowns and I wanted that bit of leeway.

So excited to get my gown though and super happy you had a great experience too!
