Read files from a blob container, call this endpoint in a loop. The endpoint returns http 202 and the Operation-Location. Check that one until it returns http 200 and status succeeded.
Now comes the interesting part. The json response has a deep hierarchy. You can't just convert that to a useful csv. How do you want the csv to look?

I am working on a project where I need user data that is 100% correct, no margin for error. To achieve this I am looking for a tool/service that is capable of analysing photo's of id's, bank cards and other official documents. These images will likely be varying in quality, angle, rotation and may have some minor scuffs on them. Is Azure Document Intelligence the best solutiuons for this? My entire production stack is in Azure already. And what are the expected response times for a request like this of 3 images that need extracting of all the information that is one those cards/documents?
Any advice or suggestions are welcome!

There’s no such thing as infallible OCR. Document Intelligence is good and given your whole stack is on azure, it makes good sense to use it. But don’t kid yourself into thinking it’ll be perfect.
