Babydoll as Christmas present + preparation for new sibling for 20 month old?

We got a doll for our son, who was 25 months when his sister was born. He loves his dolls. We would practice rocking them, pretend to feed them, change the diapers. Sometimes he yeets them, he's two (def not ready to be a parent), but he's been really gentle with his sister since we brought her home and a very sweet big brother. I hate the word "best" in connection with stuff like this, because how do you define best? Sturdiest? Most realistic? Most helpful for practicing baby skills, cutest? I'm not sure there is a "best" because it depends who you ask and what your criteria are. And the answer is probably different across ages/developmental stages. We have three different baby dolls for him, they're all slightly different, but they're all small enough for him to hold and roughly proportionate to him as our baby is to us. One came with food and a bottle and a brush, one came with nothing, and one is soft but unzips and has all of his internal organs (gotten for us by some friends), and he loves all of them! Opinions on Reborns as kids toys?!

The real tragedy of parenting here is that a 6 year old has a Tiktok to be getting spammed with adverts for these things in the first place. When I was 6 I had a 'baby born' and it was great cause it could piss itself xD I don't know what I would have thought if at that age I was aware of these hyper realistic dolls on the market, but the fact it could piss itself was a big draw for me. 6 year olds are for the most part kinda into gross stuff, I'm sure you could turn her head with a less fancy doll that had... ELI5: How those little baby doll toy bottles work where you hold it upside down and the liquid seems to appear like he drank it, but when you hold it right side up, it refills...?

The bottle is actually two containers (one inside the other). There is a thin gap between the two which is filled with liquid. This allows a very small amount of liquid to appear to fill the entire bottle. When you tip it, the liquid flows through the gap and down into a resevoir in the top, making it appear empty.
