Our company runs a tech support helpdesk and we’re currently in the midst of testing a softphone option running from our computers as opposed with the current hard phone system.
Our call center can be noisy at times so we require a good headset that will offer both TX and RX noise cancellation.
I was hoping to have a few suggestions from you experts on the matter.
The must have features are:
Active noise cancellation for both TX and RX
Connection method must be USB
Audio Clarity for both TX and RX
I’m interested in both Wired and Wireless options.

Wireless? Not really. I'd stay far, far away from wireless anyways due to issues like lossy audio codecs (Windows doesn't even support AptX as just one example), lag, dropouts, dead batteries in the middle of your broadcast, etc. To get a closed headset with good isolation that's explicitly designed for noisy environments you'll need to look at real-deal commercial broadcast headsets with a dynamic microphone element like the Audio-Techncia BPHS1/BPHS2, Sennheiser HMD 280/26/27, or Shure BRH440M/BRH50M. Keep in mind you'll also need an audio interface like the Behringer UMC202HD/UMC204HD to run these. Headsets in the class also come with cable options, so make sure to get the cable that has both a 1/4" and 3-pin XLR connectors on it. More on reddit.com

Does your office space have a door? You can also get a door sweep that is foam to assist with blocking noise coming under the door. I work at home and also have 2 small ones and 2 dogs who bark at everything and I use Logitech H390 headset and no one can hear anything

Hi all, I’ve been WFH for over 2 years now and pretty soon am going to be spending a lot more time working from coffee shops. I’m in tech sales and have a few calls per day with prospects. I need a good pair of headphones that will block out any background noise so when I’m speaking on the call, the prospect only hears me and not coffee shop music/chatter etc.
Currently use AirPods Pro but the mic definitely does not block a ton of background noise. Any recommendations?
