If you do not have the original receipt, your Banana Republic Rewards phone number or credit card used to make your purchase will be accepted at any Banana Republic location.

Banana Republic offers free returns and exchanges for all in-store and online purchases. Returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (online orders) or date-of-purchase (in-store purchases).
