What is a virtual debit card?
A virtual debit card is all your debit card information without a physical, personalized card. This includes your debit card number, expiration date and CVV code.
You can find your GO2bank virtual debit card in the GO2bank app.
- Log in to your account.
- Tap “Menu”, then “Account”, then “Manage cards”.
- Tap the card you want to get your virtual card information for.
- Slide the “Show card info” toggle to on to see your virtual card number, expiration and CVV.
Your virtual debit card allows you to make purchases online or over the phone until you receive and activate your personalized debit card. The virtual card is only active 15 days after you open your GO2bank account or until you activate your personalized debit card (whichever happens first).
If you set up any recurring payments with your virtual card, you’ll need to update them with your personalized debit card information as the expiration date and CVV code on your virtual card are different than on your personalized debit card.
Please note, some account features may not be available until you activate your personalized debit card.
