Citi is terrible, but they’re still somehow better than Barclays. I’m guessing typ transfers, but it wont be 1:1, and an upper mid market card like the Barclays silver, united Quest or delta platinum. More on reddit.com

I applied for the offer and got accepted but forgot to input the inflight code like a dummy. I called Barclays and was never put on hold after dealing with the bot. The customer rep was incredibly helpful and went far out of his way to help me. It was a Friday afternoon and he complained that most people had already left early and the software they used had changed. They’re apparently no longer able to credit or adjust miles without a card number(I had not received the card yet). He spent about 35m figuring out how to help me out and in the end elevated it for his manager and set an alert on my account of why he wasn’t able to help me. I have now received miles adjustment for the 70k after one purchase without any extra input within the week. Honestly one of the best banking customer support experiences I’ve had. It’s a far cry from my last one with chase bank with an actual fraud case. Might be a one off but that alone sold me on it. More on reddit.com
