The permanent choice is McNett AquaSeal, but it’s the most expensive. The cheaper, short term choice is ShooGoo. Whichever you choose, scrub the area that needs to glue with Dawn and hot water. After an overnite dry, scuff it with 60 or 80 grit sandpaper. Then wipe it with isopropyl alcolhol. Let it dry. THEN glue it and tape it to hold it together while it drys for a few days.
