I'd skip normal version of stuff like the Aeron or Leap (the leap however does have the Leap Plus, which would work for you) and go for something more specific. I was going to suggest the chair I own, which I bought for around $350, but it looks like it’s out of stock and the only options are other sellers who are charging $100 more… if you’re still interested I can drop the link. Info about mine below: I sit 10hrs a day at my job. I’m a bit smaller frame (287lbs, 5’1”, bought the chair when I was probably around 305-310) but I have absolutely over time worn other chairs down and even broken them. My chair is not only comfy but feels very sturdy. It also has adjustable lumbar support, and a soft mesh that’s breathable. I’ve had it since august and it hasn’t done the sinking thing yet, which would have started by now with other chairs. There’s reviews from people who weigh closer to 600 saying it’s a good chair, despite it being rated for 450. It’s not made of that “”fancy”” pleather crap, but honestly that’s a good thing. Realizing I need a good chair after so called 500lb capacity chairs are often strong enough, but have ridiculously low padding, no lumbar support and lack longevity. It's not a matter of finding a chair to support my weight, it's finding one that actually supports with long term comfort.
Could I get some solid recommendations for one?
