Curious, anyone have a pinterest board for examples of how to dress at a resort wedding for guests? My fiancee and I basically just said “resort wear” or "beach chic" but a TON of our guests are asking for specifics.

We are getting married in Cabo in March of 2025. We are not getting married on a beach, it is solid ground.

If you’re not close enough to ask the bride for approval, and your friend mentioned that it might be too light, you probably shouldn’t wear this dress. It looks like the base color of the dress in your photo matches the color of the wall behind you, which IMO means it’s probably a little too close to white. Besides, why risk it?

I'm attending a wedding in Florida this spring with a rehearsal dinner that calls for "Palm Beach Chic" attire. To my understanding, this means lighter, muted tones and a more relaxed formal look (no tie?). Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm normally the type to wear a dark suit when formal and khakis and button down when at the office, so I'm a little out of my element here.
I have a well tailored, Camel Hair sport coat that I believe could be my main feature, so I'd also like advice on how to wear it for this dinner. I was thinking I could go with the sport coat and some navy slacks with a light colored shit (pattern/color tbd), brown belt and matching shoes (style tbd). TIA!
