Looking for some thoughts and ideas for my wedding, we will be getting married in Mexico. Ceremony is on the beach and the reception will be in a garden type setting.
The bridemaids will be wearing a color similar to this shade of green.
I have been thinking of going with a tan/cream like these: Sailsbury or Hartley from Indochino. I also found this seersucker suit that on the plus side should be very light weight, but it almost has a "towel" like material that I am not sure I'm crazy about. But I am also debating light greys like this (Harrogate). Myself and the groomsmen will be wearing the jacket, pants, and a white shirt without a tie.
Any thoughts on what to go with? Almost all these suits will only be visible by a sheet of fabric in a store, they rarely have jackets or pants in the cream colors I have been considering.
We have our wedding planned in the Bahamas in June. I am looking to pick up a nice suit I can re-use after, and will look great at the wedding. We like to cruise, so it would get some use after the wedding.
I am thinking tan suit, vest and tie. Groomsmen will be in vests/tie. Ive been looking on Suit Supply and like their Havana. I do not live close to a Suit Supply though. I am looking for some advice as I begin shopping around.
Linen or Wool? Suit Supply or ? Recommendations? Anything else with beach wedding I should think about?
I keep telling her this is my first wedding, so im not sure what im doing, and maybe ill get it all right the second time around. She never laughs...
My fiancé (25M) and I are getting married in October in GA. It will be a beach wedding with a reception at a country club afterwards. Expected temps around 70s. I need help picking out attire for him since he isn’t formal at all (and he and his mom are insisting it be more formal wear for him.)
He is a huge country boy, that mostly wears his work uniform or Guy Harvey/ camo/ country and western wear, so this has been tough. His version of dressing up has been button up shirts with good dark jeans, cowboy hat, and boots for a long time. I’m thinking a tan linen/ wool blend suit like the pictures attached but to keep his personality and style still attached I’m thinking a cowboy hat and getting him a nice pair of new boots (also attached some inspo pictures). Just need suggestions, ideas, really any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also attaching a picture of him “dressed up” for his brother’s high school graduation. Last photo he has the heart emoji sticker over his face.
Hi guys! My fiancé and I are getting married on a beach-side terrace this winter. We expect temperatures to be in the mid-80s during the day and 70s at night. I have my dress already, but we're both at a loss for how he can stay cool and comfortable while dressing to impress (especially because he runs pretty hot in general and is quick to sweat).
We'd really appreciate any outfit ideas, materials to look for, general advice, etc. Thank you so much in advance!
