I bought this powerbank not even 2 months ago for an expedition to help me keep my phone charged and 2 days ago, I was charging my phone with the powerbank during a hike with friends and noticed it stopped charging. I assumed it ran out of power but I came home to charge it and the little lights turned on with 3 bars. And I was like, "okay, weird." And then unplugged it and pressed the power button. The lights. Won't. Turn on. I tried plugging my phone to the powerbank to test it out and it won't charge either??? I really don't wanna waste another 50 dollars for another one of these. I need help :').

My watch is charging and so are my AirPods but I stick my iPhone 12 on the MagSafe and nothing happens. I’ve tried unplugging, using a different outlet, but only the AirPods and the watch charge.

Is the problem effecting specific FW Versions of the Belkin Charger? Those Charger get FW Updates on regular basis. Mine got updated to 275.0.0.0 within the last few months. Not sure exactly when as there is no notification. Mine is working fine! Had Versions 175.0.0.0 - 267.0.0.0 - 275.0.0.0 You can check it when the iPhone is on the charger for 1-2 Min. in Settings - General - About there appears an entry "BOOST CHARGE PRO 3-in-1 Magnetic..."
