I saw a review also and thought that I could upgrade my 2 year old Twelve South 3-in-1 dock (great product BTW) as my 16 Pro Max was already on the iOS 26 beta and could use QI2.2. The build is fantastic and it gets cold when charging to allow the faster charging to happen for longer times. The watch charger and AirPod charger work so much better than the other I’ve had. I got the Cream Version from Amazon, as it would not show dust as much as my old charger would. For $129 to charge three devices and its USB-C, along with a 45w power brick…. It’s a great value to me. Don’t get me wrong. I love Anker and have had many of their Cords and wall chargers, but I would say “Don’t Hesitate” on this purchase. So, there is one very premium 3-in-one charger that has just come to market from Belkin. It has received a lot of good reviews from YouTube vloggers (of course, they get free product) and the Amazon reviews, thus far, are fairly positive
This is one of the new generation QI2.2 25-watt fast chargers with cooling technology.
I was about to pull the trigger and purchase on Amazon, until I happened to remember I had read something about Anker about to release its own product...
This is Anker's 25-watt charging station, rumored to be released shortly, which has cooling technology and a temperature monitor screen on the base. I am certain it's going to cost more than the Belkin.
At this point, I am curious to know if anyone owns the Belkin charger pictured above and is happy with its performance. Also, is Belkin a reliable brand long-term?
And, if one feels Anker is the better brand, long-term, I would like to know that as well. I would consider holding out for this charging station.

Belkin seems more space efficient but either could be good. And yes, Belkin is reliable - it’s the consumer brand owned by FoxConn, Apple’s main iPhone manufacturing partner. For that reason, Apple typically also has special partnerships with Belkin to license new tech (like MagSafe when it launched) on day one for preorders. Anker’s screen is interesting, though hopefully not distracting.

I saw that there are two versions of this charger: a stand version and a pad version were the devices lie flat. The first version seems to be more commonly/easily available. However, I am afraid that if the magnetic field fails the device could fall (and potentially crash). For example, what if the device starts vibrating due to receiving a call? could this make it fall? So I see the flat (pad) version as safer, but I have more difficulties to find it and I saw some offers for the stand version.
Any experience with the stand version and/or the pad version? Any tip would be great!

The magnets are strong enough that your phone doesn’t fall off with vibrations from a phone call. And MagSafe is made from permanent magnets. It doesn’t suddenly “de-magnetize” from normal use. The main benefit of the stand one is that your phone will work with standby mode whereas the lie flat one won’t; also also taking less desktop space. Although, the flat one is technically more portable, it’s not ideal considering there are far more portable options like the Anker 3in1 Cube.

When I was shopping for the 3-in-1 charger, Belkin only have the slow Apple Watch charger in the stand version, so I got the pad one. I also thought I may take it to road trips since it's technically portable (at least more portable than the stand version). But now Belkin makes a newer stand version that supports Apple Watch fast charging, I probably prefer the stand version more because of the new ios 17 nightstand mode. I upgraded to a 17 pro and subsequently bought this Belkin Charger. I’m surprised there aren’t more discussions or reviews on it because it’s really 10/10. Super travel friendly. Compact. I swear I went from like 10% batter to 50% within like 5-10 minutes. It’s pricier but 100000% worth it. Love it.

I was looking at that one as well, the only complaint people seem to have is that it’s too light so it can be tricky to take the phone off the magnet. Since I ended up getting the air, I may just stick with my old 15W charger since the air caps out at 20W anyway.

My first thoughts:
not nearly as premium as MagSafe Duo. Yes, the Duo can only charge 2 devices at a time, but the material feels so much silkier and better. Not to mention the Watch hinge is much better made compared to belkin’s. Many say the Duo is a rip-off, but my first hand experience with its premium construction is easily the best.
it doesn’t glide on my desk smoothly when I need to relocate it like the duo. The bottom is sticky as heck. Clearly built for static positions, but I think the ability to shift around a little bit is also nice….
surprisingly enough space to charge 2 phones, although cramped
obviously not as portable as mophie or Duo, but if travel infrequently, this still comes in handy

I have the Belkin BoostCharge Pro 3 in 1 and love it. You’re right about portability, not why I bought it but surprised Belkin boasts its portability. I view the texture of the base making it hard to move as a wanted feature, makes sure it stays in place on my nightstand. It also solves the biggest issue I had with Apple’s MagSafe Duo Charger: the iPhone 13 Pro and 14 pro don’t sit well on it because of the camera bump, the raised MagSafe on this Belkin charger is much better.
