Trying to get a solid answer on this. If I go to the Apple Store and buy and have them install a Belkin protector for my 16 Pro, can I come back for a replacement if I crack it?
I've always had the Belkin UltraGlass purchased and installed at the apple store through my iPhone 13 ProMax, 14 ProMax and now 15 ProMax. Each phone through the years I've had about 2 warranty claims for cracks that were handled quick and no questions asked. I recently bought a new Ultraglass for my 15 ProMax about two months ago (bought brand new because I could not find the serial and receipt for the previous cracked one). I observed a crack across the screen (I take care of my phone, always in a case and never dropped) and I went ahead to fill out the warranty claim. I got a reply saying the claim was denied due to "not covering wear and tear". Did Belkin change something? All my previous claims were always approved. I also saw someone's reply yesterday claiming they were denied as well.
Side note- my glass is SCA061ds. Belkin told me to review the warranty document for my product. My product is not on the warranty page..
