Apple always says belkin will send you a new one free if it breaks or whatever and they’ve been denying claims! It’s false.

My guess is you didn't register your purchase beforehand as it clearly instructs to do so on the packaging and they won’t honor the warranty because it’s not registered. How accurate was I? Your post contains very little detail, so I’m guessing I’m right.

Trying to get a solid answer on this. If I go to the Apple Store and buy and have them install a Belkin protector for my 16 Pro, can I come back for a replacement if I crack it?

I had the same experience with Belkin and Apple. Today Belkin informed me that they will not replace my screen protector because they don't cover normal wear and tear. Apple told me in December 2024 that I should buy the Belkin because they would replace it for life. Definitely would not have purchased the Belkin or registered the product if I hadn't received false information from the sales rep.

I’ve bought these from apple in the past. You need to register your protector with Belkin. If it breaks, they will replace it and you can take the replacement to the Apple Store to get put on.

Buying a screen protector for $40 is crazy, that’s already a scam in itself. I dont know how people are still buying it. I could buy like 4 of the 3 pack screen protectors on amazon for that money and they actually last longer. On top of that I’ve gotten replacements for free from esr before, they immediately sent one out and arrived in two days. Right now I’m using spigen and it’s great. No micro scratches or cracks
