Hi. I'm having a terrible time picking a good 32 inch tv. This is the one that I wanted originally:

But it was a 2015 model. And as such they no longer have it. So I'm still searching.
I looked at this one:

It seemed nice. But I read the reviews. Apparently it has terrible sound quality. Like really bad. And there's static in the sound. Ugh.
So next I looked at this one:

And it's the same problem. One review said it broke down in 4 months. Another said it didn't work out the box. I'm so disgusted. Do you guys have any suggestions on a good 32 inch 1080p television I can purchase?

As for your sound issues, any speaker/soundbar will be better than the default.
Samsung N5300. It has HDR on it while a lot of models do not. There's no static in the sound, although yes the sound is a bit tinny. The volume level does get high enough and the Optimized or Amplify function can help clear up dialogue. Just get a soundbar for it and it's fine. This TV is significantly better than my 720p one and I enjoy it a lot. PS4 kicks ass on it due to HDR support.
