Hi all,
I'm currently bedridden with health issues, and am looking to get an adjustable bed frame that'll let me be more upright. It's difficult for me to try mattresses in-person, which is obviously makes purchasing a mattress hard.
I thought about getting a Tempur-Pedic, but I've also heard they're incredibly hard to break in, especially in cold weather (which is the case where I am right now). Are there better mattress alternatives to Tempur-Pedic that work well with adjustable bases? Is the difference between brands that are compatible with adjustable bases fairly marginal, given that only a limited range work with such bases?
I was thinking of getting a medium hybrid Tempur-pedic, since that's more or less the kind of non-memory foam mattress I used before). However, after hearing about their initial hardness, I'm a bit spooked.
Thanks in advance for any help!
