If you’re looking for prompt-to-video generation, I’d suggest checking out AI Studios. While it’s known for its voiceover/avatar features, its text-to-video engine works incredibly well even if you ignore the audio components (which you can toggle off). More on reddit.com

You can create still images by whatever means you wish then turn them into short videos using Stable Video Diffusion . It's free and open source. You can generate videos with it in ComfyUI. There's no waitlist. Unfortunately, you can't give it any instructions yet describing what you want in the video. Unless your starting image conveys some action clearly you'll just get a slow pan or zoom on the scene in the image. More on reddit.com
