Cooler Master Atmos 240 seems to be one of the best performing in its size class. However before you do that, I might take a look at your fan setup. I have a D32 Pro which is very similar to the Z20, plus a Phantom Spirit. Rear fan as intake, CPU fans flowing the same direction, with a top exhaust on the right position. On a 9800X3D, I'm idling low 40s with gaming in the 50s to low 60s depending on how demanding the game is. Of course if you do an all core benchmark it's gonna spike to 90+ no matter what cooler you have because they're designed to boost as much as possible until it hits the thermal limit. So while performance is one thing, you also might want a unit that is built properly so it doesn't rust/rot and leak.
