What tactics do you use to advertise your Airbnb?
Using "Influencers" is not a route I'd recommend. I have a few of them reach out each year asking to stay for free and in return they would post on IG to drive business. Trouble is, most have only a few thousand followers and even if they had more, I doubt most would book. Instead I tell them to pay the regular price on the rental and if I get any direct bookings as a result of their stay, I'll give them 10% of the rental fee that is paid by the referral. So far, no takers! :) More on reddit.com

But I have picked up some off platform bookings on Next Door and Reddit. Mid term rentals seem to be in demand too. More on reddit.com

Discounts can be helpful to fill bookings but I will also counter that to say my worst guests have always been people ASKING for discounts. Not all discounts go bad but for some reason the bad ones always seem to use a discount as well or bug you to ask about giving one. I have stopped discounts at properties More on reddit.com
