What the title say. I’m looking for some good arcade racing games I’m open to suggestions. So far I’ve played NFS: MW, NFS: Hot pursuit remake, motorstorm series and midnight club if that helps

I know the list looks a little wild right now, but I'm sure I also missed quite a few. I will do a restructuring on a later point of time, when more games have joinded the list. As of now, I've not played all of the titles. I created the list because I wanted a place to go to for when I feel like playing a good arcade racer without having to look to much. I added a lot of games that I haven't played yet, but are considered as good or even classics (like the Motorstorm or Midnight Club series). So please feel free to comment more reccomendations or contribute to the list via GitHub.

Hi, I'm looking for a list of good arcade games that do work well with a wheel.
I currently have a pc and a ps5, and have been most focused on playing GT7(sim) and Wreckfest(arcade) so far, appreciate any inputs, thanks.
I have been a huge fan of arcade racers since long. My fav game of all time is NFS Hot pursuit 2/ Midnight club. I always keep going back to old split screen games of the 1998-2010 era as they have stopped making good, fast coop friendly arcade racers. I was dismissing Asphalt 9 at first because it had well, microtransactions. However, once I played it on my large TV on an Xbox, I couldn't believe how good it looked, certainly best of any arcade racers recently. The tracks are perfectly curated for 2-3 minute sessions and are a looker whether they are in SFO, Himalayas or Shanghai. Couple that with easy to get into factor, some impressive stunts and amazing collisions, it has become our (mine and missus) favorite racer. I think we have noticed just one gated event till now (have to pay money), otherwise we are just able to soar through the career mode. We are now planning to get it on Nintendo Switch as well (because it's the only platform supporting Asphalt switch screen).
While I enjoy open world racers set in one location like Forza horizon, I really miss old school arcade racers where you just choose amongst variety of locations, drive fast and have fun. I think the last game that gave me that feeling was Dirt 5 (Amazing game btw). I would be willing to pay 60$ for a full fledged arcade racer created with love.
