Trim is stained oak covered with shellac over polyurethane (previous owner loved shellac....). I sanded it well and went to SW to get primer. They had nothing and I really wanted to finish so I bought Behr's extreme bonding primer and most expensive trim paint. Long story short I can scratch it off with a fingernail. Disgusted with the results So for the next room I drive for an hour to an SW store that has what I need in stock, got SW oil based primer and emerald urethane trim paint. Repeated the same prep and paint process. Tested a spot in the closet and even a screwdriver doesn't take it off. First and last time I'll buy Behr Answer from frylock350 on reddit.com

I absolutely want Behr's Marquee Vine Leaf color, but I've heard mixed reviews about the Behr Marquee. Am I better off with the Benjamin Moore Aura, or the Sherwin-Williams Emerald?
I'm worried about moisture because the room is beside the laundry room. We haven't had floods in this house, but it is in the basement. It's also somewhat of a big room (it's for an office/art room), with the length of the room being 14 feet 7 inches.
I'm a little concerned about price, but I'm also worried about the paint peeling and me not being able to clean it properly. I'm also putting a wallpaper for part of a wall.
What paint should I go for? And is there a Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams equivalent for Behr Marquee's Vine Leaf?

You can try printing out the picture as high quality as you can and take it to Sherwin Williams, and they can make a custom paint for you. I did this to match a wallpaper for my nursery.
