Probably not what you want to hear, but my Shokz OpenComm headset broke a couple of weeks back. I had them for 23 months and loved them (over ear headsets give me earache). I contacted Shokz as warranty on the product is 24 months. They replaced it with the OpenComms2 after I sent them a video detailing the state of the current headset and provided proof of purchase etc. I am truly blown away with the customer service I received. Last week I finally broke my Aftershokz OpenComm (https://nl.shokz.com/products/opencomm2uc2025upgrade, but from many years ago before they rebranded to Shokz).
I found this old thread, but not a lot of brands were mentioned there.
Are there any other options, preferably with a separate microphone?
